D.Y.L.M??...

It's been a while, this blog post is going to be about 2NE1's outfit from their first broadcast appearance for their song called Do You Love Me.
Their outfits draw my attention as they rarely wear dresses (apart from Park Bom, pigtail hairdo) on their broadcast appearance. I like the way that the print adds twist of subtle feminine touch to the dress knowing that the prints are robot part/facial feature which are very masculine.
The designer/brand of the dresses that they wore is none other than Ground Zero. Ground Zero brand is established by duo brothers Eri and Philip Chu in 2008. If you want to know more about them check out their website
The collection in which the dresses were from was inspired by surrounding robot. It brings balance of femininity in armoury, soft silhouette and the fabric selection.

Here are the dresses which was Ground Zero's S/S13 collection She's Electric.

Falling in Love...

There has been a song that I'm obsessed with lately it's none other than 2NE1's Falling in Love. Not only that this song is catchy and addictive, the outfits that the girls wore in this video are interesting and trendy.

Some of the clothing that they wore in the music video are very well known designers as well as Balmain, Balenciaga, Peter Pilotto and Mary katrantzou. They rocked the bold prints and colours which flows well with the song concept. The whole concept of their song match well with their outfits throughout the music video.

American Apparel and Kesh Collaboration

For their first broadcast appearance with their single Falling in Love they wore Kesh's collaboration with american apparel. The bold block and monochrome print of their outfits adds a simple and very eye-catchy while they are performing. I was very curious on which designer/brand they were wearing this time and found out its a collaboration with Kesh who's London base artist, which also a good friend of them and american apparel. I want a couple of the kesh collection especially the leggings and the t-shirt that sandara is wearing. Their outfits can be found on the American Apparel online website if your interested to purchase a few of them.

Christopher Kane

The dress is worn by Park Bom and it's from Christopher Kane's S/S 2012 collection. She wore it for a music program she recently appeared in for a collaboration with her company label-mate. I thought that she looked really stunning and it really showed off her toned and long legs. The dress cost about $2,450.00

(You can see her appear from 2:43-2:55)

Another Asian celebrity that I found wearing the same dress but in different colour are Sohee and Yoobin from a female singer group called Wonder Girls. The colour conveyed different look and edginess to it.

As you can probably tell I post a lot of Asian related fashion, that is because I really like their taste in fashion and they have this unique feel, look and style when they wear an outfit. I mean I like western fashion too so it's all good ^_^

Thank you for reading and I hope you liked it ^_^ Please comment on you thought and feedback :)

Park Bom inspired outfit

This outfit is inspired by Park Bom many of you may not know her but I have already made a blog post about her wearing Alexander McQueen dress. I really like her style and the way she dress. I have used polyvore with the layout, this website is really great if you want to make a mood board or style clothes.

Here is the first outfit that I have put together. She mostly wear trainers/sneakers with shorts or dress to show off her legs and add accessories like rings, earring or necklace. I have added a jacket as well in case it's a little cold.

Second outfit that I have put together.

For more information about the outfit click on this link. Thanks x

Park Bom wearing Alexander McQueen

She's a member of a Korean girl group called 2NE1. They are one of my favorite korean girl group because they are an amazing singers and they also have great fashion sense.

On her latest solo music video 'Don't cry' she wore Alexander McQueen dress which cost $20, 000 USD.

According to the fashion industry representative, the dress has a potential to cost more since it's McQueen's final creation before his death. The dress was under possession by McQueen's family, but after finding out that mcQueen had worked with Big Bang (label-mate) and 2NE1 in the past, they accepted Yang Hyun Suk's (CEO) request to feature it in Bom's latest music video.
